NFL schedule release 2026: Detroit Lions leaks, news, rumors

Soon, we’ll know the entirety of the Detroit Lions’ 2026 schedule, but as with most big events in the NFL, they’ll want to draw as much attention as possible and will slowly roll out information throughout the week. This article will provide readers with a one-stop place for all the rumors, leaks, and released information Lions’ fans will want to know.

That being said, we do already know who Detroit’s 2026 opponents will be, based on the NFL’s rotating opponent formula. In 2026, the Lions will play the NFC North twice, the NFC South, the AFC East, and three last-place teams from 2025 after finishing fourth in their division. Here’s a full list of the home and away split:
