May is a busy month for Savannah James. Not only is the entrepreneur and podcast host deep in the NBA postseason cheering on husband LeBron James and son Bronny James in the Los Angeles Lakers’ playoff runs, she’s also preparing for the one-year anniversary of her science-backed skincare brand, Reframe. So how does the business mogul and mom of three do it all?
“No two days are alike, but I’m a creature of habit and deeply value routine,” she says. “There are meetings, warehouse visits, recording the podcast and games to support Bronny, Bryce, LeBron and Z [Zhuri] as she dominates the volleyball court. It’s full—and it’s demanding.” Still, balancing productivity with quality family time helps her reset and stay focused as she scales her business in its second year. “LeBron and I are both incredibly busy, so we make a point of carving out time to reconnect,” she adds. “Sitting down together at the end of the day, just the two of us, to talk, unwind and be present is something we prioritize.”
James is also channeling that mindfulness into the future of Reframe. “Our goal is to continue expanding our product range intentionally: Ingredients and storytelling remain central to our identity, and that won’t change,” she says, noting that the brand has two new launches in the works to complete its three-piece foundational set that already includes a daily brightening serum, a facial sculpting cream and an overnight collagen seal. “Beyond beauty, I also see us venturing into the wellness space.”
