Knicks’ Anunoby starting in Game 1 vs. Cavaliers

The New York Knicks confirmed 30 minutes before tip-off that the star wing would be in the starting lineup for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Head coach Mike Brown had said earlier that a final decision on Anunoby would be made after his warmup.
Anunoby injured his hamstring late in Game 2 against the Philadelphia 76ers and missed the final two games of that series. However, he has practised the last three days, and all signs were pointing to him returning for Game 1.
Anunoby is averaging 21.4 points on 61.9 per cent shooting from the field and 53.8 per cent from three, along with 7.5 rebounds and 1.9 steals in the post-season.
