Durham police investigators have obtained warrants for the
man accused of hitting and killing a 15-year-old bicyclist last month.

show Savarino admitted to authorities that he drank earlier in the night.
A judge also issued an order to revoke Savarino’s license.
Savarino’s brother, Michael Savarino, was charged in 2022 with DWI and sentenced to 12 months of probation.
Both Joseph and Michael Savarino are sons of Krzyzewski’s daughter, Debbie. Michael Savarino was a walk-on for the Duke basketball team from 2020-2022 and played for his grandfather in 13 games.
