Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez and girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro have called it quits after more than three years together, the fitness entrepreneur shared with TMZ on Thursday.
“To clarify, Alex and I are currently taking some time apart but there continues to be mutual love, care, and deep respect between us and for our families,” Cordeiro said. “We remain supportive of one another, and there is absolutely no animosity, drama, or negative story here.
“I’m also navigating a serious health matter involving a family member at this time, so my focus is understandably there. Alex and I continue to be very close, and out of respect for everyone involved especially our daughters and loved ones I’d kindly ask that any reporting reflects the compassion and privacy this situation deserves.”

Rodriguez and Cordeiro, who were first linked in 2022, broke up about two months before she made it public, a source close to the former MLB star told the outlet.
The source added there is still nothing but mutual respect between them.

The 2009 World Series champion went public with their relationship in December 2022, when he shared a photo of the couple posing together beside his two daughters, Natasha, 21, and Ella, 18.
Rodriguez and his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis (Ella and Natasha’s mom) attended Ella’s high school graduation on Wednesday, as seen in Instagram photos he shared.
“Can’t believe you’re all grown up. Congratulations Ella, I am so proud of you in every way. Can’t wait to see what you accomplish at UNC 💕,” Rodriguez captioned his post.
The family posed for photos with Scurtis and her husband Angel Nicolas, and their daughter Camilla.
