Software firm with Bournemouth office named among the UK’s best places to work

iplicit, which specialises in cloud finance solutions, secured fifth place in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list for medium-sized businesses.

The list is compiled entirely from anonymous employee survey data, with no panel or judge scoring, and recognises just 500 employers from tens of thousands of applications across the UK.

Lyndon Stickley, CEO of iplicit, said: “We talk a lot about Raving Fans at iplicit.

“Build a team that cares deeply about the customers they serve, the market they are reshaping, and the standards they hold themselves to, and that energy converts.

“Raving Fan employees create Raving Fan customers.

“iplicit attracts people who want to build something disruptive that matters, and are willing to work at the level that requires.

“A best‑in‑breed platform is only built by a best‑in‑class team, and this result reflects exactly that.

“Every score on this list was submitted anonymously by our own people, and that makes it one of the most meaningful results we have had as a business and one of the most significant moments I have had as its CEO.”

This is the second time iplicit has featured on the list, having placed in the top 10 in 2024.

Since then, the company has more than doubled its workforce to 200 employees while maintaining average revenue growth of more than 100 per cent year on year.

The company now serves more than 50,000 daily users across 103 countries.

Olivia McMillan, chief operating officer at iplicit, said: “Scaling a business at the pace iplicit has grown is a real test for any organisation.

“iplicit has not just passed that test—it has emerged from it with a more engaged, more connected and more ambitious team than ever.

“This recognition from the Sunday Times reflects the passion and commitment I see every single day at iplicit.”
