Rohingya take to sea as UN food aid cuts hit Bangladesh refugee camps

NEW DELHI/COX’S BAZAR, Bangladesh — An overcrowded boat with 250 Rohingya refugees traveling from Bangladesh to Malaysia capsized in rough weather and is believed to have sunk in the Andaman Sea around April 9. Nine people were rescued by the Bangladesh Coast Guard, but the rest are missing.
