A dog “remarkably” survived a 120ft (37m) fall from a cliff, coastguards have said.
Swanage Coastguard worked alongside St Albans Coastguard Rescue Team after being called to help near Peveril Point in Dorset at about 18:00 GMT on Sunday.
Swanage Coastguard said: “With no exact location for Tilly, teams began searching the area and thanks to a member of the public who was flying a drone nearby, helped to locate Tilly.”
The team said they located the owner and dog, who had been walking along the beach, and “safely assisted the duo back up the cliff”.
