It is the third-longest streak of successful save chances in franchise history (saves became official in 1969), trailing Tom Gordon’s 54 from April 19, 1988 to May 31, 1999 and and Koji Uehara’s 31 from July 9, 2013 to June 16, 2014. … Baz is 3-1 with a 2.64 ERA in five career starts against the Red Sox.
