San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama received a flagrant 1 foul after his elbow hit New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns in the face during Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals on Wednesday.

Wembanyama now has three flagrant points in the 2026 playoffs and will face a suspension if he picks up one more, per SNY’s Ian Begley.

Wembanyama previously shoved Knicks guard Jalen Brunson in Game 3 of the Finals, although the NBA decided not to upgrade the incident to a flagrant foul after reviewing it.
