Texas and Alabama have taken the field for the Men’s College World Series second elimination game, the fourth meeting between the two SEC teams this season.
The Longhorns won the regular season series 2-1.
Rujer Riojas for Texas and Zane Adams for Alabama will be on the bump, a rematch of April 18. Riojas struck out 11, allowing one run on three hits in five innings. Adams also went five innings, giving up zero runs on five hits with seven strikeouts.
Georgia and Oklahoma will play this evening at 7 p.m. ET for a spot in the right side of the bracket’s final. The loser will face the winner of Texas/Alabama.
