BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A downtown Burlington staple is expanding to a second location.
Leunig’s Bistro plans to add a second restaurant. It will be located in South Burlington’s City Center.
The new restaurant, dubbed Leunig’s on Market, will be located at Catamount Run. The 5,300-square-foot space will feature a signature bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and flexible space for private events. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving both fan favorites and new offerings.
Leunig’s Manager Amy Bernhardt said the choice of location made sense.
“As a resident of South Burlington, I think it would be a great place to have a second location,” she said.
Construction is expected to start this summer, with an anticipated opening this winter.
