Letchworth firm to feature on TV after helping to restore 500-year-old building

HBC Floor Sanding will appear on Quest in an episode of Ant Anstead: Born Mechanic in August after completing a restoration project for presenter and automotive expert Ant Anstead.
The company was selected to restore the original wooden floors in a 500-year-old Grade II listed property.

The restoration work involved careful sanding and refinishing of the original timber floors to preserve the character and history of the property.
Although the floors may only appear briefly on screen, HBC Floor Sanding described the work as involving many hours of skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Mr Anstead praised the company’s expertise and commitment to quality.
He said: “I am very careful who I select to assist in the renovation of a Grade II listed 500-year-old property.
