Sharing the field with Cristiano Ronaldo will be a special moment in the career of Spain and Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsi.
Cubarsi will face Ronaldo in the 1/8 final match of the World Cup.
Portugal plays Spain in Arlington on Tuesday at 21:00 PM.
Cubarsi, in an interview with “RNE Deportes”, spoke enthusiastically about the Portuguese star.
He said he wants to swap shirts with Ronaldo after the match.
“I came back from an injury, but I didn’t participate in the Nations League and I didn’t get to play against Cristiano Ronaldo. I’ve never played against him and it will be something special to share the field with him. We all know his history and everything he has given to football. And being on the field with him would be something unforgettable. I want to change shirts with Cristiano Ronaldo after the match with Portugal,” said the 19-year-old.
