Love Island viewers have criticised a significant alteration to the show and are calling on producers to take action.
Tensions remain high in the Love Island villa as contestants grapple with the fallout from Casa Amor. Last night (Sunday, July 5), drama erupted once more as Movie Night made its return.
Following tradition, the Islanders dressed up and gathered before a big screen where previously hidden conversations and flirtations were revealed for all to see.
From Jasmine and Lorenzo’s ‘affair’ to Sean’s Casa antics, the Islanders were left reeling by the revelations, with divisions beginning to form amongst the group.

Tonight’s episode (July 6) promises more turmoil, as Movie Night delivers further drama and confrontations, reports OK!.
Yet fans have been preoccupied by one aspect of the show that’s left them baffled, prompting some to make demands of producers. Viewers have noticed there’s been just a single public vote so far this series, which appears to mark a departure from previous seasons.
Audiences have urged show bosses to reopen the voting lines so they can finally make their voices heard.
On X, one viewer posted: “We’ve only ever gotten one public vote and we’re more than half way through. I’m so sick and tired of seeing Lola, Sean, Samraj, Aidan and Simba on my screen. The most draining people ever.”
Another expressed frustration: “We need a public vote like tomorrow!!” A third pleaded: “Open the public vote please PLEASE.”
A fourth questioned: “Have they done a single public vote this whole season??? The math is not adding up.”
A fifth chimed in: “How has there only been one public vote this season, more of these people need to be humbled.”

A sixth echoed the concern: “Also are the public ever going to be allowed a vote in this series? We’ve had 1 and it’s been 4 weeks.”
Another viewer remarked: “Anyways when can the public vote again? We’re 4 weeks in and only got to vote once.”
One person stated: “There has been a severe lack of opportunity for the public to vote this season, and I’d like to know why.”
Over on Reddit, viewers expressed similar sentiments, with one person writing: “I agree, I think the fact that there’s been one public vote only is madness. Some of these people need humbling. Take a seat, take SEVERAL seats, Samraj. Also Aiden gtfo!”
