Companies House records show Insolvency One was appointed liquidator to the business.
Records listed the company as an unlicensed carrier, which was incorporated in 2023.
An earlier notice stated that “the deemed consent procedure is being proposed by Jamie John Cameron, the director of the company in accordance with resolutions passed by the board of directors”.
It added: “The proposed decision is in respect of the appointment of Zane Collins, of Insolvency One Limited, as liquidator of the company.”
It comes after a recent decrease in insolvencies.
In May 2026, there were 100 company insolvencies registered in Scotland, 25% lower than the number in May 2025. The total number of company insolvencies was comprised 51 creditors voluntary liquidations, 40 compulsory liquidations, seven administrations and two company voluntary administrations.
The number of registered company insolvencies in England and Wales was 1,868 in May 2026, 16% lower than the same month in the previous year, when it was 2,231.
