Crews were called to the scene on Alder Root Lane, near Burtonwood, at around 3.15pm today, Friday.
This was amid an ongoing field fire, which affected around 100 square meters.
It is believed to have also involved a combine harvester.
Crews have used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames, and officers from Cheshire Police were called to the scene to assist with traffic management while the incident was ongoing.
