Away from the Coronation Street drama, Cait Fitton is loved-up with her boyfriend

Lauren Bolton’s love life hasn’t been a walk in the park on Coronation Street, in real life though, actress Cait Fitton is smitten with her beau.
Cait shot to fame playing Lauren Bolton on the ITV soap – making her debut in 2022. As the feisty and loyal teenager, Lauren’s been involved in several big moments on the cobbles.
Especially at the moment, as in recent episodes Lauren has rallied around her best friend Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) after she suffered a stroke. As well as memorable storylines, Lauren’s also had her fair share of failed relationships in Weatherfield.
These include her recent on-and-off romance with Ollie Driscoll (Raphael Akuwudike). In Wednesday’s episode (July 22), in the Rovers, Ollie revealed that he had been offered a job in Brighton. Masking her feelings, Lauren told him it’s a great opportunity and he should go for it.
Cait plays Lauren on the soap
In real life, Cait is loved-up with her boyfriend Ben. The soap star first teased her new partner in June 2025, telling fans her “boyfriend” had bought her a Jellycat toy.
Then she took her new romance to the next level, having shared a photo on her story showing some silver ’23’ balloons, as well as a photo of her other half.
She sweetly wrote alongside the images: “A day celebrating you,” following her message with a white loveheart emoji. Since then, Cait has been giving fans a peek into their romance. In March. Cait was seen celebrating her and her partner, Ben’s, first anniversary.
She’s loved-up away from the soap
Ben posted a photo sat opposite Cait in a restaurant to his Instagram Story as he said: “Happy 1st anniversary ma love [red heart emoji].” The loved-up star then reposted the photo to her own story, adding: “Nothing but love” with a teary eye emoji and a pink love heart.
Fast forward to June and Cait took to social media again to celebrate Ben’s 24th birthday. Alongside pictures and videos of the pair together, including outside Corrie’s famous Rovers Return.
The couple recently celebrated a milestone
In the caption, she gushed: “Happy birthday to the man who steals my food, leaves socks everywhere, and somehow still manages to be the best thing that ever happened to me.”
She continued: “You’re kind, loving, and you put up with me — that alone makes you a superhero. Thank you for being my rock, my comfort, and my favourite chaos. I hope your day is as special as you and even better than that! Love you long time.”
