Tyreek Hill Runs in New Video Amid Knee Injury Rehab, NFL Free Agency Buzz

NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill posted a workout video that showed him running as he recovers from a devastating knee injury that cut his 2025 season short.
In the video, Hill says he has “no power” in his left leg and that he’s trying to “regain all the power back” 10 months after undergoing multiple surgeries.
Hill was released by the Miami Dolphins this offseason as the organization rebuilds. The team also cut quarterback Tagovailoa and fired former head coach Mike McDaniel as it moved in a new direction.
The veteran receiver has gone unsigned, meanwhile, likely as teams try to gauge his health. The eight-time Pro Bowler is a field-stretching menace when fully healthy, but at 32 and coming off a major knee injury, it’s fair to question how effective he’ll be upon his return.
