The Farnborough International Airshow flying display returns on Friday for Pioneers of Tomorrow, the show’s public day, with a packed programme of fast jets, aerobatic teams, parachutists, experimental aircraft and historic aviation.
Flying begins at 12:10 with the British Army’s Red Devils Parachute Display Team and concludes at 15:49 with the Joint Aviation Command Chinook role demonstration.
Highlights include displays from RAF and Italian Air Force Eurofighter Typhoons, the US Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demo Team, the Airbus A350-1000 and Vertical Aerospace’s VA-1X.
Visitors will also see the Fursan Al Emarat and Starlings aerobatic teams, alongside the Rolls-Royce-operated Vickers Supermarine Spitfire PR.Mk.XIX.
