San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa is not one to shy away from his opinions, and he continued that trend this week, as he took to social media to share his reaction to ESPN cutting ties with former NFL safety-turned-analyst Ryan Clark.
Bosa had been inactive on Twitter/X since November 2022, which was the last time he sent out a post of his own. However, this is news that caused him to break his silence.
In an episode of “The Pivot” podcast in 2024, Clark commented on Bosa wearing a “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) hat to interrupt a Sunday Night Football interview with his teammates George Kittle, Brock Purdy and Isaac Guerendo.
Clark asked that that fans treat Bosa’s political opinions the same as those who had taken political stances in sports in the past that had come under scrutiny from the public and some talking heads.
Now, Bosa appears to celebrate Clark losing his job at ESPN.
