Wisconsin voters are facing a smorgasbord of gubernatorial candidates in the Aug. 11 primary. After careful consideration, one candidate stands above the rest. I am proudly endorsing Kelda Roys for Governor. No other candidate comes close to her unique blend of experience, competence, and proven leadership. Crucially, Roys possesses the broad appeal and political stamina needed to win a statewide race.
As an experienced lawyer and current State Senator, Roys has a deep, nuanced understanding of the core issues facing our state. While other candidates offer lofty rhetoric, Roys understands the nuts and bolts of what makes a state thrive: strong infrastructure, robust public schools, and a practical economic plan. She has thoughtful, realistic strategies to address the challenges facing Wisconsin (keldaroys.com).
Roys is more than an effective policymaker; she understands the daily realities of Wisconsinites because she lives them. As a small business owner and a busy mom, she knows firsthand the economic pressures facing families and small businesses. Her extensive list of endorsements includes former Congressman Dr. Steve Kagen, Outagamie County Executive Tom Nelson, and former Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton. - Generally, we limit letters to 250 words.
- Cite sources of where you found information or the article that prompted your letter.

- We don’t publish poetry, anonymous or open letters.
