Hamilton police say two people are dead following an early morning shooting in Stoney Creek.
This shots rang out at a complex on Candlewood Drive, near Rymal Road East and Upper Centennial Parkway, at around 2:25 a.m., police said.
Two males were found suffering from gunshot wounds and were rushed to hospital, where they later died.
“The Homicide Unit has assumed carriage of the investigation,” police wrote. “More information will be released as it becomes available.”
Police have not said if any suspects are in custody.
