Verizon Communications Inc. named Dan Schulman chief executive officer, replacing Hans Vestberg effective immediately.
Schulman, 67, was previously CEO of PayPal Holdings Inc. Vestberg, 60, will stay on through Oct. 4, 2026 to help ensure a smooth transition in leadership, including the integration with Frontier Communications, the company said in a statementBloomberg Terminal on Monday.
