As NCIS’ social team revealed in a surprise announcement on Instagram, season 24 of the show will premiere on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. The show will air on the same day as the first episode of NCIS: Origins season 3 and the series premiere of the upcoming spinoff, NCIS: New York.

Unsurprisingly, fans were thrilled about the news.
