Iran rejects Trump’s claim that talks will restart, adding to weekend of whiplash

Iran rejected President Donald Trump’s claim that negotiations to end the war would start Monday, which the president made on Sunday after saying he had called off “the biggest attack since WWII.”
Trump had promised the discussions would start Monday afternoon. But Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said that Iran had no plans to send or receive any negotiating delegations.
