Zac Brown Band gifts cruise trip to everyone in attendance at Fenway Park show

It’ll soon be “toes in the water” for thousands of Zac Brown Band fans who attended Sunday’s show at Fenway Park.

“I’m buying every single person here a cruise for two people on the boat,” Brown said. “This is the biggest giveaway in history ladies and gentlemen.”

Those attending the Zac Brown Band at Fenway get quite a giveaway from the band over the weekend.

He made the announcement just before the band performed, “Same Boat.”

Fans were instructed to text a specific phone number before 11:59 p.m. Sunday to receive more information about redeeming their free cruises.

“It’s just nice to know that there are some great humans out there, doing wonderful things to make people smile,” said Kerri Lanzieri of Smithfield who attended the concert with three friends.

“Super excited, looking forward to it,” said Jeff Miner of Westerly who attended the concert with his wife. “Who knows? Maybe I’ll be cruising in the Caribbean here pretty quick.”

The Zac Brown Band performed in front of a sold-out stadium. An estimated 37,000 fans were in attendance.

The giveaway is valued at more than $40 million and is possibly the largest audience gift in live entertainment history.

The cruises can be redeemed for certain Margaritaville at Sea sailings over the next year.
