Walker brings Stanley Cup to pediatric unit at Ontario hospital

Sean Walker spent his day with the Stanley Cup bringing smiles to young patients’ faces on Wednesday.

The Carolina Hurricanes defenseman and the trophy stopped by Southlake Health in Newmarket, Ontario to visit with pediatric patients.

Walker signed autographs and posed for pictures with the hospital patients and staff.

In one photo two young kids held up a homemade sign that said, “Congrats Sean. Thank you for visiting the POGO Pediatric Oncology Clinic at Southlake.”
