Are MAFS UK’s April and Leo still together? All the clues they’re still together after “dream” wedding day
Married At First Sight UK continued this week, with April and Leo getting hitched. They were the last of the intruder couples to say “I do” and it looks like it was a match as they bonded from the minute they met.
Graphic designer Leo, 31, known to his friends as ‘Hot Dog’, was searching for someone unique in a “world of Kardashians” – and he seemed to find a match in April, 31, a crêpe stall owner who didn’t like to do things the conventional way.
The series was filmed earlier this year which means that the couples have already made their final decision.
So, are April and Leo still together?

What has happened with April and Leo on MAFS UK 2025 so far?
April and Leo got off to a great start on their wedding day.
He said she was definitely his type and she felt the same and complimented him on his mullet.
After sharing their vows, they cosied up for some photos and the PDA was heavy, with the couple sharing several kisses.

They then got chatting about their lives and realised how similar they are. As a graphic designer, Leo works remotely, and April owns her own business because 9 to 5 work doesn’t suit her.
Watching them on the wedding day, April’s mum gushed that her daughter had met her “dream man”.
After the wedding, the couple chatted, with April joking that the experts had told him exactly what she wanted in a man and he was acting.
“I don’t think it really could have gone better,” Leo said. “I definitely felt a spark with you.”
They spoke about what they’re looking forward to and April admitted that she feels really “hopeful” and just wants to get to know him.
They shared another kiss and then returned to the guests for one last dance, as Leo gushed that he’s finally found his dream girl.

Are April and Leo from MAFS UK 2025 still together?
As the cast are keeping their relationships under wraps while the series continues to air on E4, we can’t say for sure if April and Leo are still together.
But, we’ve done a little digging and can see that April and Leo both follow each other on Instagram, which we’re taking as a good sign.
Plus, they got on really well on their wedding day, which isn’t always the case on MAFS. And judging by a teaser of their honeymoon, things looked like they only got better for the couple, as April joked on their honeymoon: “Have I already seen Hot Dog’s hot dog?” after spending a night in bed together.
