“The Voice” is preparing for battle — the Battle rounds, that is.
The singing competition’s Season 28 coaches — Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé, Snoop Dog and Niall Horan— are bringing in superstars from the music world to help their teams as they head into the Battle rounds on the Oct. 13 and Oct. 14 episodes.
In the Battle rounds, contestants from the same team must first compete against each other by singing the same song before they’re paired off to perform competitive duets.
In past seasons, the show’s coaches have chosen both the songs to be performed and the duet duos. But in a twist this season, the coaches are choosing only the songs. Contestants themselves will choose their own duet partners.
All the while, the coaches will give their teams guidance while also relying on their Battle advisors to give their own priceless feedback, too.

Kelsea Ballerini for Team Bublé

Country music star Kelsea Ballerini, who was a “Voice” coach just last season, returns to share everything she knows with Michael Bublé’s team.
Lizzo for Team Snoop

“Good As Hell” and “About Damn Time” hitmaker Lizzo will be joining Snoop Dogg’s team as an advisor, marking the four-time Grammy winner’s first appearance on “The Voice.”
Nick Jonas for Team Reba

Nick Jonas is another familiar face at “The Voice.” The “Love Me to Heaven” singer was a coach on Seasons 18 and 20, and also a Battle Advisor to Christina Aguilera’s team in 2015. He returns to lend a hand to Reba McEntire’s team this season.
Lewis Capaldi for Team Niall

Niall Horan invited Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi, to help his contestants navigate the Battle rounds. Horan knows Capaldi and his talents well: The two singers co-starred together in “Niall Horan’s Homecoming: The Road to Mullingar with Lewis Capaldi,” a 2022 road documentary.
