Charlotte opened up on the moment on Elizabeth Day’s podcast after clips from her appearance went viral on social media.
During the segment, Charlotte was invited on to This Morning to lead a five-minute sound bath session.
However, unfortunately for Charlotte, Alison found it all a bit too much and found herself laughing and cringing through the entire segment as Charlotte did her best to carry on.
Revealing she was left raging at Alison in the aftermath, Charlotte has admitted the moment did get to her.

When asked by Elizabeth if she was left “bothered” by Alison’s reaction to her doing a sound bath, Charlotte said: “Oh, that p****d me right off.
“That p****d me right off.”
Elizabeth then added: “Yeah. I felt for you.”
Charlotte continued: “I’ve met Alison Hammond a number of times and she’s a wonderful woman.
“I think that part of it was a misjudgement on my part to go ‘let’s do a five minute sound bath on national TV. That makes loads of sense. Yeah, let’s go for it’.
“I think it was a misjudgement on my part, but I think that what annoyed me more than anything else was that then I’m given the opportunity to display and demonstrate and represent somewhat this amazing art of sound healing or sound ceremony or however people want to describe it and then it’s made a figure of fun.”
In a further candid confession, Charlotte added: “That really did actually touch quite a deep wound for me.
“I was like, ‘ugh I really like you, Alison, but f*** you’.”
The awkward moment played out live on ITV last year with Alison in fits of giggles during the sound bath ceremony.
Charlotte had asked Alison and her co-host, Dermot O’Leary, to lie down in order to fully commit to the ceremony and the healing nature of the sound bath.

The Welsh singer had become a fan of the experience after running her own sound baths as part of her exclusive retreat in Wales.
Charlotte sang and made noises throughout the experience but Alison was forced to raise her hand to her mouth to stop the giggles booming across the TV studio.
Dermot managed to keep a straight face with Alison being forced to apologise at the end of the segment.
The host said at the time: “I’m so sorry… I feel like I was being rude.”
