Report: LeBron targeting mid-November return

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is targeting a mid-November return after experiencing sciatica on his right side, ESPN’s Shams Charania reports.
James is taking a patient approach with his rehab and will require at least a few weeks to ramp up his conditioning, adds Charania.
The Lakers initially ruled out James for at least three-to-four weeks last Thursday.
James sustained the injury during an on-court workout in late July, according to Charania.
The four-time Finals MVP hasn’t participated in any team practices or preseason games.
James continued to perform at a high level in his age-40 season, averaging 24.4 points, 8.2 assists, 7.8 rebounds, and one steal across 70 contests last year.
While he’s been durable throughout most of his career, the 21-time All-Star has made 70 appearances or more in only two of his last seven campaigns.
