In the disclosure documents, Blake has claimed the loss of $161 million in damages due to the alleged smear campaign against her.

Her attorneys say she lost at least $56.2 million past and future earnings from acting, producing, speaking engagements and endorsements, as well as $49 million in losses for her beauty brand Blake Brown, $22 million for her beverage company Betty Booze/Betty Buzz.

They also allege at least $34 million suffering in reputational harm, based on 65 million negative impressions on social media.

These numbers are just preliminary and are subject to proof via expert testimony at trial.

“These are wish list numbers,” Gregory Doll, a lawyer at Doll Amir Eley in Los Angeles, said, via Variety. “You want to put a big enough number to get the other side concerned and want to settle.”

The trial is currently scheduled to begin in March 2026, and Blake‘s disclosure docs have named a list of celebrity friends and executives with potential information related to the case as potential witnesses.

Among the list is Taylor Swift, Emily Blunt, Gigi Hadid, Hugh Jackman, Scooter Braun, Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel, Sony Pictures chairman Tony Vinciquerra, and Sony film chief Tom Rothman. Sony Pictures distributed It Ends With Us, with it’s flagship Columbia Pictures producing the film.
