The sauce is dubbed the “comeback sauce,” since the Bears have had so many 4th quarter comebacks this season. It is said to be tangy, with black pepper, garlic and paprika.
Portillo’s Perk members get access January 5. Everyone else gets access later in January.
Portillo’s is also offering a “DJ Moore Meal,” which includes Italian beef with sweet and hot peppers, small cheese fries and small coke.

Speaking of DJ Moore, the Bears wide receiver got a lot of attention for wearing a cheese grater hat while celebrating the Bears win against the Packers.
Packer fans of course are famous for wearing cheese head hats, but Bears fans may be starting a new tradition.
Texas company “Foam Party Hats” says they suddenly got 3,000 orders for the cheese grater hats, and are busy filling them.

The Bears and San Francisco 49ers face off Sunday night with major playoffs seeding implications on the line. Both teams currently sit at 11 wins and four losses. The Bears go into their game at San Francisco with a chance to become the top seed in the NFC.
Quarterback Caleb Williams believes reaching the postseason is only the start.
The Bears need wins over the 49ers and then the Detroit Lions, and a loss by the Seattle Seahawks to finish on top of the conference.
