Rangers put ‘important’ offer on the table – Agent change looks key

Emil Bohinen joined Venezia on loan from Genoa in the summer. The midfielder is now attracting interest from Danny Röhl’s Rangers, despite not having played regularly in Serie B.
The Norwegian, who was born in Derby, has played nine times in all competitions in this campaign. Seven of the Rangers target’s appearances have come in the Italian second division, where he has often been on the bench. A loan at Frosinone last season wasn’t a runaway success, as he played only 12 league games.
Secolo XIX – relayed by CalcioSpezia, report that the 26-year-old has now changed his agents, which may have encouraged the Rangers links. This is going to play a key role in his future.
His new entourage has now put forward an ‘important’ offer from Rangers to Genoa. Clubs in the Eredivisie have come forward, and Spezia are also interested in the versatile midfielder.
The report claims that Venezia and Genoa have decided to terminate the loan. Bohinen should return to the Rossoblu soon and will then have a decision to make. That is why Rangers could have an opportunity at landing him, with competition growing for the player.
What Rangers are offering isn’t known. Ibrox interest may well come from manager Danny Röhl. Emil Bohinen has been repeatedly linked with English Championship clubs, and Röhl knows that league well.
