LAFAYETTE, La. (KMDL-FM) – We’ve made it through the Christmas and New Year holidays, so that only means one thing in Louisiana — it’s Mardi Gras season!

Acadiana Mardi Gras Season Is Here

Before you know it we’ll be enjoying king cakes, Mardi Gras balls, chickens runs, and all that is the revelry of the season.

Of course, one of the biggest celebrations of carnival season is the great Mardi Gras parades in and around Acadiana. We all have our favorites and you and and the family can get out and catch as many as you can.
