Lynchburg fire crews battled camper fire on Oakley Avenue

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — Lynchburg Fire Station 6 crews reported a vehicle fire on Thursday.
According to officials, Engine 6 and Rescue 1 were called to the 500 block of Oakley Avenue for a reported vehicle fire.

Engine 6 arrived on scene to find a large camper fully involved. Crews initiated a fire attack, and the incident was upgraded to a working fire, officials said.
