A huge flood has taken hold in Islington after a burst water pipe.
Torrents of water could be seen covering large areas of the Caledonian Road, with levels in some places reaching halfway up the wheels of a car.
Thames Water said customers at N1, N7, WC1X and EC1R postcodes may be experiencing low water pressure or no water.
It said: “We apologise to those who are currently being affected by a burst water main on Caledonian Road, N1.
“Our teams are on the way to stop the flow of water and then carry out the repair as quickly and safely as they can.”
