Justin Bieber Did YouTube Karaoke at Coachella

Justin Bieber’s Coachella performance of his first ever hit song, “Baby,” was not all that dissimilar from how that song is usually enjoyed. He pulled up the music video on YouTube and sang along, pausing at the chorus so the crowd could sing the “baby, baby, baby, ooh” parts. I would say I’m surprised he remembers the words, but those lyrics are burned into the brains of everyone who was alive when “Baby” was first released. As the music video ended Bieber joked to the audience, “Okay, so you guys know that one?”

YouTube was actually a surprisingly large part of Bieberchella. The singer also pulled up the video for “Beauty and a Beat” on YouTube, as well as the viral video of him confronting some paparazzi last year. “I’m a dad, I’m a husband,” Bieber says in the video. Bieber on stage repeats, “I’m a dad, I’m a husband.” Bieber in the video says, “It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business, is it?” Bieber says on stage, “Standing on business, bro.” And the crowd goes wild.
