Raiders’ fans not supportive of Taron Johnson missing OTAs

New Las Vegas Raiders veteran cornerback Taron Johnson has been reportedly staying away from the voluntary portion of the offseason workouts because he wants a contract adjustment.

The Raiders acquired Johnson, who is expected to be their primary slot cornerback this season, in a March trade with the Buffalo Bills, who was going to be released if not traded. Now, Johnson is looking for a pay bump.

We recently looked into what Johnson’s stance currently means and asked our community members if they understand Johnson’s approach or do they think he should be participating in the OTAs.

Most of the poll takers believe Johnson should be with the team and not holding out. I get it, but I also think that this is a minor issue for now. If it goes into training camp, that will be another story, though.
