Police execute search warrant in Toledo festival mass shooting investigation

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Authorities executed a search warrant at a Toledo home on Monday in connection to the Toledo festival shooting that injured at least a dozen people, police said.

13 Action News crews saw numerous law enforcement officials surrounding a house in the 600 block of Marmion just before 1:30 p.m. on Monday.

The search comes as the 13 Action News I-TEAM has learned that an 18-year-old man was taken into police custody for questioning in the case.

Law enforcement officials have not yet announced any official charges.
