Bucks Co. District Attorney Election 2025: Live Results

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Polls are closed in the 2025 general election and results for the Bucks County District Attorney’s race are coming in.
DA Jennifer Schorn is up against lawyer Joe Khan. The Republican Party has endorsed Schorn for re-election, while Khan has the endorsement of the Democratic Party.

Joe Khan has served as a county prosecutor, federal prosecutor, and county solicitor for Bucks County. As Bucks County Solicitor, he was recognized as Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Solicitor and Government Lawyer of the Year and led the first county lawsuit against Tik Tok and other social media giants for targeting kids. He is currently a partner and appellate section co-chair at Curtin & Heefner. Khan raises his two sons in Doylestown, where he has served as a Central Bucks School District volunteer and a coach for youth sports.
District Attorney Jen Schorn took office in January 2024 following former District Attorney Matt Weintraub’s election to the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Jen Schorn is a Bucks County native with over a quarter-century of experience as a prosecutor. Throughout her career, Ms. Schorn has prosecuted all types of criminal cases including murder, child sexual and physical abuse, human trafficking, and major crimes, and is credited with helping solve a number of cold case homicides in Bucks County. During her time in the office, she has also served as the Chief of the Investigative Grand Jury, Chief of Special Victims and Chief of Major Crimes.
