Phoenix police found the vehicle but are still looking for the driver who hit and killed a man walking across the street on Sunday night. Investigators say 45-year-old Mark Joseph Knapp was walking against the light at 35th Avenue and Roosevelt Street when he was hit and killed. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
