Eric Trump Reveals Which Close Family Member Is ‘Kind Of A Jerk’

Eric Trump soaked up Megyn Kelly’s introduction of him as perhaps “the most dignified” and “one of the nicest” Trumps before promptly (but jokingly) throwing his older brother, Donald Trump Jr., under the bus.
Kelly praised Eric before bringing him onstage for “The Megyn Kelly Live” show, recorded Friday in front of an audience in Miami, Florida.
“So I’m the nicest Trump,” Eric boasted after joining Kelly, before adding that his half-sister Tiffany is “the nicest Trump, actually.”
“Well, of the male Trumps,” Kelly clarified. “We don’t know Barron as well.”
“Yeah. Well, Don’s kind of a jerk, right?” Eric quipped. “My father’s pretty tough.”
About Barron, Eric joked he’s “not old enough to be a jerk and get away with it,” adding: “If you’re a jerk at 18 years old, you’re just kind of pompous and like a prick, right?”

Barron Trump during the inauguration ceremony of his father, Donald Trump, in January 2025.
Eric described his youngest sibling as “a little shy” but “smart as hell” and then recounted what Barron actually told former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris during an exchange that went viral from President Donald Trump’s 2025 inauguration.
He said Barron told him he’d simply wished Biden “best of luck” or “something like that, something very respectful.”

Eric recalled later going on conservative Patrick Bet-David’s show, where the host repeated internet rumors and asked: “Did Barron really tell Biden to go F himself?”
Barron “just doesn’t have that in him,” Eric insisted. “He’s a nice guy. He’s probably thinking it. He definitely has it up here. But he’s too courteous to actually go out there and say it.”
Kelly then used the moment to bash “the media,” claiming it was “so typical” for journalists to “assume the worst about every Trump,” even though the clip went viral among social media users and it was Bet-David who raised the question with Eric.
