Those who refuse to comply will be committing a criminal offence and be liable for arrest.
Police will be patrolling the area during the order.
Insp Tim Williams said: “We have put this order in place to ensure that fans can enjoy the game in a safe environment and to ensure that we can respond swiftly and decisively to anyone seeking to cause disruption.
“Public safety is always our priority and I hope this dispersal order sends a clear message that we will take action against anyone whose behaviour threatens that.
“If you see our officers in the area, please don’t hesitate to speak with them if you have any concerns.”
