Belfast Weather: the outlook for the week ahead

It is set to be a cloudy start to the week in Belfast with patches of rain showers which could turn heavy.
The Met Office has given its forecast for the week ahead saying that Monday, January 19, is to start off with a wet and rainy morning before drier weather in the afternoon. This pattern of cloudy weather with the potential for rain is set to continue for the rest of the week.
Tuesday, January 20, is also set to be a cloudy and possibly wet day with The Met Office saying that winds will get stronger as the week progresses.

Although temperatures are not set to get too cold with highs of nine degrees and on some days only dropping as low as seven degrees.
The Met Office said: “Bands of rain and showers will push northeast through this period. These bands will be interspersed with occasional spells of drier and brighter conditions. Winds strengthening through Wednesday.”
