State of Emergency declared ahead of weekend snowstorm, bitter cold in Missouri

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe said Thursday evening he signed an executive order to declare a State of Emergency.
Gov. Kehoe said in a post on X, the executive order “allows the state to respond quickly and support local communities as needed.”

He asked residents in the state to stay informed, plan ahead and use extreme caution this weekend.
