The biggest night in music returns tonight with the annual Grammy Awards at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, which is set to welcome stars including Kendrick Lamar, Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan and Olivia Dean.

EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, the singers of “Golden” from the global Netflix hit KPop Demon Hunters have already made history as the first artists to win a Grammy for a K-pop song, winning Best Song for Visual Media during the pre-telecast ceremony Sunday afternoon. The song has been nominated in four categories in total.

Meanwhile, the world’s most famous artists are arriving on the red carpet for the main ceremony, which will feature performances from Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Addison Rae and Tyler, the Creator.

Later, comedian Trevor Noah is hosting proceedings as stars such as Harry Styles, Carole King, Jeff Goldblum and Charli XCX hand out some of the biggest prizes of the night.

FKA Twigs wins first Grammy

FKA Twigs is celebrating winning her first Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic album for Eusexua.

“It’s been the most incredible journey,” Twigs said while accepting the award.

“I know that to a lot of people, I may be new, but I’ve actually been doing this a really long time, so to any artist, don’t give up. Follow your vision, do you, because that’s what’s gonna make the world fall in love with your art.”

Steven Spielberg is now an EGOT

Steven Spielberg achieved EGOT status by winning a Grammy earlier this evening.

The Jaws director was recognized for producing the Music by John Williams documentary that won Best Music Film.

He can add that Grammy to his four Emmys (including for Band of Brothers), Tony (for producing A Strange Loop) and his three Oscars (for Schindler’s List and Saving Private Ryan).

He becomes only the 22nd EGOT. Here are the other 21:

There are two new EGOTs: Who is in the elite awards club?

This week, ‘La La Land’ and ‘Only Murders in the Building’ songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul became the twentieth and twenty-first people to take home an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony. Why aren’t Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at the Grammys?

Taylor Swift is the proud winner of no less than 14 Grammys, but she won’t be attending the ceremony this year.

Her most recent album, The Life of a Showgirl, was released in October 2025, which was after the eligibility period for this year’s awards ended. (The 2026 Grammys recognize music released between the end of August 2024 and the end of August 2025).

And Tyler Childer’s album, also listed in our Albums of the Year 2025

Hannah Ewens was a huge fan of Snipe Hunter, competing against Jelly Roll, Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini and Eric Church for Best Contemporary Album, writing:

“There’s no real concept or argument being made here by one of country music’s most singular artists. No grand plan behind it all. Childers’ album is just a rousing, joyful, tearaway collection of feel-good songs that are his most unusual and spirited to date. He tears into new country classic “Eatin’ Big Time”, asking his listeners to imagine the chance “to hold and blow a thousand f***ing dollars”. He destroys his enemies in the throwdown romp that is “Bitin’ List”. Then he takes a free-wheeling trip to Australia on travel epic “Down Under”.

“But it’s the tortured bluesy “Nose on the Grindstone” that will have you frozen to the spot: “keep your nose on the grindstone and out of the pills” he advises, pairing the images of hard work and graft with opioid addiction. It’s an album for wanderers and roamers. As he put it simply in a GQ interview earlier this year, “It’s observations from a travelling hillbilly.””

A Grammys 2025 recap

Kanye West appeared determined to generate headlines of his own as he turned up with his wife, Bianca Censori, who dropped her fur coat on the red carpet to reveal she was wearing virtually nothing underneath. After the couple were seen posing for photographs, conflicting reports emerged as to whether they had been “escorted out” of the ceremony. However, it is understood that they simply left after their red carpet appearance.

Jog your memory with my recap of all the biggest talking points at the 2025 Grammys:
