Time Magazine has ranked Memorial University among the world’s top 300 universities and the second in Atlantic Canada.
Time’s 2026 list of the world’s top universities has Memorial ranked at 295 globally, and 17th in all of Canada.
According to MUN, Time partnered with global data firm Statista to analyze data from more than 2,500 institutions worldwide with a focus on three key pillars of excellence in higher education.
President Dr. Janet Morrison says the rankings are proof that MUN is “on the right track.”
