From a salary cap and roster compliance perspective, could Jason Hernandez and TFC have added all of the incoming players they have signed this off-season AND been able to keep Sean Johnson?

This is an interesting question that is somewhat difficult to answer without knowing the club’s exact salary cap position going into the season.
Salary numbers won’t be released by the MLS Players Association until later this year, so it makes answering this a bit of a guessing game.
